Rutland is a beautiful location for a wedding. It is the largest reservoir in England, by surface area.
It has many excellent venues and areas overlooking Rutland Water.
In the wedding of Steph and Brendon, the entire day was held at Barnsdale Hall Hotel. I have filmed here on many occasions. It is a perfect venue for a wedding, with views overlooking Rutland Water.
We took the couple away for a quick walk in the woods and took some breath taking natural shots of them spending some time around the lake.
Chloe and Aaron also got married at Barnsdale Hall Hotel. The wet weather did not get in the way of the enjoyment of the day. The weather cleared up by the late afternoon and gave us breathtaking views with the couple across Rutland Water.
Kirsty and Shaun were married at the amazing Normanton Church, which actually sits in Rutland Water. They had their reception in a fantastic marque at Whitwell Point.
Russell and Bec were married in the, almost secret location, Fort Henry on the Exton Estate. Such an awesome, discrete location! They then had their reception at Barnsdale Lodge.
Claire and David were married at St John the Baptist & St Michael & All Angels Church, Stanground, Peterborough. They then travelled to Barnsdale Hall Hotel for the wedding reception. Beautiful weather, excellent speeches and some really lovely messages from their friends and family.
